In one of the most magical regions of Costa Rica at the foot of the tallest mountain in the country, you will spend five days and six night exploring your creative potential. If you write, want to write, or want to deepen your connection to your story and are curious about what comes up when you are invited into a space that nourishes your soul, this is a writing retreat for you.
Our ability to connect to the land and the people around us is in direct relation to our ability to connect to ourselves. This experience will invite you to look inward and outward. What is your relationship to your story, your creative potential, your truth? How do you want to BE in the world? What is your connection to the whole?
What You will do: Through writing, sound healing, conscious body movement and the radical act of simply BEING, you will explore your connection to the land to yourself and to others.
Where You will be: The town of Canaan is a quaint mountain town in the Chirripo Valley in Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica. The riverfront property is a boutique retreat space with lush landscape and wildlife with the sounds of Rio Chirripo in the background.
What is the Outcome of this Experience? That you return to your life regenerated. That you are open to the power of your story. That you have a draft of a piece of writing that can be used for your own personal development, a longer piece of writing—an essay or a book, OR a story to help promote your work or business!
All-Inclusive Experience: 6-night accommodation, all meals, writing sessions, sound and body movement, scheduled activities, ground transportation. Airfare and travel insurance (highly recommended) not included.
